At Qest, customer satisfaction is our highest priority! We work tirelessly to delight you with features and performance of our products.

We understand that sometimes you may be dissatisfied or do not like our products due to any reason, we will gladly issue a refund on pro-rata basis from day1 of subscription. Qest may chose to keep the data safe for future use and incase you may want to restart the subscription.

We use 30 days per month as a base for pro-rata refund calculation incase of monthly subscription. Incase of annual subscription we use 365 days as a base for refund calculation.

You may cancel the subscription directly from your login or by simply sending us an email on hello@getqest.com. We will initiate the refund process with in 3 working days of receiving confirmation
